It's an old Station but unique in Architecture, very reliable Northern Line Service

I had a problem to out because of my oyster card at 23:00 Thursday 13th August. The staff at the door was not very helpful and also trying to give a lesson. The oyster card is plastic so somehow could be broken and he told me i broke the card. Yes i broke the card it is only plastic. I was trying to ignore and leave but the sraff kept trying to give a lesson. I know tfl staff don't need to pay for the commute but i had to pay extra money because my card couldn't touch out. Especially, this hard time the staff could be more helpful. Everyday we need to pay extra money for commute to buy a mask. I am not asking they need to smile but at least they can help. Very disappointed If I was not local, I would never use this station.

Great staff helped us negotiate the complex payment system to get the best ticket 🎫 prices from here to Old Street. Once on the tube an efficient ride. Comfortable and quick.

Sometimes the announcements say the wrong platform for the first train. It's more frustrating Kate or early at the day.

Pointless staff once again going through the entrance of ticket machine and the staff do not say amything when someone budges trying to jump the barriers. Just staring at you whilst you are trying to get past. On another occasion a complete drunk against 6 staff no one challenges him on the tube and the staff tells everyone to get off and wait for the next train. Over 70 perent of the passengers gets off and the train departs. Why not stop him travelling-Keystone kop behaviour. Read the reviews aggressively begging, poor staff interaction. No wonder people choose to drive. Solutions better transport police more checks and inspectors,hopefully the increased policing promises sorts it. Sat 15022020. The staff or management need to be doing a lot more has it is a shambles at Modern station. As Abba says it is a tragedy most likely talking about the Modern station. This has been happening for at least a year judging by the reviews and guess what no action just shows you how much the staff care. Not much actually too busy chatting and texting and laughing amongst themselves. What is the point of having them on platforms when they did more work in their offices. 17022020. Still messy and where are the staff. Should be manned until 1100
