Great shop and friendly staff . I was looking for a nice wine to gift someone and was amazed to find they had a great collection of them. Raj one of the staff took the time to find out what I needed and what my preferences were, and then he walked me through the different wines and promotions they had. He then hand-picked couple of Wines, and even helped to gift pack them. Great service . I will definitely use this Great local shop in the future too.

DO NOT DROP YOUR PARCEL OFF HERE. DO NOT SHOP HERE, WHITGIFT NEWS IS MUCH BETTER AND THEY ARE NOT THIEVES. I dropped my parcel off and was given the blue receipt but it turns out they did not scan my parcel so Hermes stated they were still waiting for me to drop the parcel off. I contacted the shop to find out what happened and was advised to call Hermes. I tried to explain that I dropped my parcel off there and not at Hermes but the woman was rude and too illiterate to understand. She then had the audacity to tell me she had customers to deal with before hanging up the phone. I WOULD NEVER DROP MY PARCEL OFF AT A HERMES SHOP AGAIN AND WILL USE THE PARCEL BOX FROM NOW ON AS THEY DON'T STEAL FROM YOU.

Please avoid this shop and spend your money elsewhere (preferably at the Tesco down the road). The staff are seriously rude and on two occasions I've used the Hermes printer and only after printing the labels been told that their scanner is "out of service". The first time it happened I turned up the next day and their scanner was magically working again. Today I printed 5 labels in the shop and I'd been standing there for nearly 15 minutes and it was just me and two workers and only when I went to the till after printing all my labels did they tell me that their scanner wasn't working. But they also said to come in tomorrow morning. It's obvious that the scanner was not faulty and they were just being lazy, especially since I was the only customer in the shop.

I didn't realise i had a great local shop just around the corner with a great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables . Used to shop with Tesco but will use Budgens in the future. Also the staff are friendly and informative. I will definitely shop with them in the future . I have to add the shop looks and feels clean.

Honestly the rudest place I’ve ever been too. I was collecting some parcels and the first guy ignored me as I walked in saying hello. He walked away and a lady finally said hello back. And omg they were both the most rude people I’ve met. No customer service. No manners. Just downright rude!!!
