All staffs are very kind, and keep very hygienic! Everybody wears face mask and they asked us to use hand sanitiser and surface wipe for our chair all the time. Feel more safe. Dr Lucy is very kind and shared detailed explanation to understand easily.

From diagnosis to treated in less than a week, for an ongoing condition that I had put off for multiple years. Admin staff did an excellent job at reminding me of my upcoming appointment, via a call and through SMS text messages. Doctors diagnosed my condition, explained incredibly well what it was and how it could be treated, followed up with an appointment to the treatment. All streamlined and efficient, within less than a week. I'm very happy with how everything transpired. Highly recommended, Shoreditch Park Surgery.

Extremely efficient staff and doctors. They never make you wait around for an appointment. All the doctors I've had appointments before with came across as kind, caring individuals. The reception staff are always ready to help. Even during the thick of Covid times, when I had to get an emergency consultation they obliged! This is the best practice I've been to. This is the best place I’ve been too. They treat u so well and I was once talking to a doctor and she was so friendly and interesting. She talked to me about cool games like Minecraft. This is why I miss it.
