Very efficient. Fast results. Friendly staffs.
Great service. 15 minute detailed appointment. Did not rush and was very thorough. The only issue was getting into the Regus building on Fleet Street where it was based as no reception until 9am and my appointment was 8.15am! Sort out this access and I’d give a 5 star!
Fantastic experience at LDC. I was temporarily staying in the UK and needed a refill on my medication.
Through their website I was able to book a same day appointment and was seeing the GP 30 minutes later. Incredibly friendly service and truly far better than my experience at an NHS walk-in.

Visiting London from Canada, I needed an urgent consultation. I called LDC mid-afternoon and they gave me an appointment for the next morning. The GP I saw was courteous and conscientious. She read the history I had submitted on-line, and questioned me carefully. She then told me to go to A&E immediately, by taxi. She did not encourage me to take other services from LDC, despite my asking about unrelated blood tests that I wanted. She said that they could wait while a visit to A&E could not.
