Ordered a takeaway at 19:38, still waiting at 21:49, website indicated 45 to 55 minutes. Spoke to them at 21:18 and they assured it had just left. Not normally one for posting reviews but this service is rubbish. They gave the excuse that they were busy, but during countless calls trying to contact them, somehow got through to their phone off the hook, didn't sound very busy to us. Never had a complaint with the food before, food just arrived at 21:50, not overly hot so in the oven warming up. Shan't order a takeaway again unless I place the order early in the afternoon!
By far my favourite Indian in Stroud. Poppadoms freshly cooked to order, and meals really tasty. Just remember to bring your own drinks as they don’t have a licence.
Great food and great service. Placed our first order with this restaurant last weekend on a friend's recommendation. Really efficient and polite service on the phone and the home delivery came when they said it would. The food was hot and fresh and was absolutely delicious. Will definitely order again. First class.
Always order a takeaway. The food is always really good. We order every few weeks and food is always tasty and hot when it arrives! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Delivery times vary. Its usually within the hour but the last takeaway we had was only 25 min wait and we dont mind waiting longer as we know it's always good.
