The staff are very attentive and helpful except for the manager’s

Was left waiting outside the front door for 20 minutes. There were 2 people inside.i know only one customer at a time is allowed. To my disgust I opened the door and noticed the 2 people inside were 2 staff members. I said could you not see me waiting outside .?. Absolutely pathetic idiotic staff. Avoid Avoid. The staff members were a very large black woman seated and a stupid looking white guy. Where do they get the staff ? Looking forward to this branch closing down

Pretty much no use for the staff apart from deterring bank robberies. Clueless.

This brunch is small but efficient and friendly staff. There is a lovely lady who I believe was the manager. My first visit was not that brilliant but the second one was fantastic. THANK YOU!
