I’m a loyal customer of Barclays and I understand it’s Covid but having one person at a till in the Crouch End office is very baffling and just not fair to loyal customers having to wait in queues for over 40 mins. Please can you do something about this? The woman is extremely slow but she’s trying her best but having only her will not work long term.
It’s a dreaded trip to the bank from now on.

DON’T use cash DEPOSIT MACHINE HERE !!! Deposit machine retained part of the cash I was paying in my account , giving no receipt or any confirmation of depositing the cash. I had to wait good 2hours in the branch for this to be sorted & as I was waiting for some time they have admitted that machine was in plus by around what I was missing but kept saying that the cash was less £20, having no choice but to wait for them to count again ; they were a bit unprofessional, while dealing with it ,strange looks around as if I was the thief there 😟... while I was so stress out of waiting and feeling like losing good amount of cash 😂 !
So in the end when they have found all the cash I was missing and realised I was actually right , I had an apology from the manager....but only after this has been cleared ; sad experience !

I don’t normally leave reviews but this bank is really good. I went in today to change up some coins and they were able to squeeze me in without an appointment. Was able to adjust my overdraft and arrange an appointment for a credit card. Isha, Amir and Frances were particularly helpful. Thanks again
