One star is too much for this circus of clowns, films breaking down, forgetting to turn the effects on in the 4DX screen, painfully slow service and garbage customer service. Lee valley Odeon isn't far, but it is way superior.

AWFUL PPE USE! The staff member who was pouring the popcorn in for customers took of his mask while doing so, breathing into popcorn while serving, then just gave up on the mask completely and went facially-starkers. Baskin Robbins was shut down 2 hours before closing time by the staff (a tall skinny man with ponytail), this John Wick knock-off couldn’t be bothered to serve anyone. They were only serving Salted Popcorn, no sweet, why? I don’t know. Yet they want us to come to Cineworld during COVID-19? Hah I hope they can get their act together, this used to be my favourite cinema.
