Unbelievable the experience we had tonight from the restaurant, so much for loyalty known them for 10 yrs, the food service wasn't anything I can say. Customer we're walking with no shoes on of any hygiene concern. We raise few issue of restaurant service and the standard was below average. But take no notice the food is very oily and greasy everything tests the same looks the same. At the end we felt we were kicked us out didn't like us being there. For sure never in the future we will not be going back there again. Very rude management service apart from one nice lady staff.
Ordered from Uber eats and the whole order was spilled into the bag with everything totally inedible. I called spice island so they can explain and resend me my order and they wouldn’t resend it or refund me. Totally unhelpful and didn’t seem to care. Took my number and told me the manager would phone me but never received a phone call. Last time I order from here.
Disgusting! Covered in oil!
I cook curries myself and a little oil is acceptable but this was a joke, I removed over 8 tablespoons of oil!
Go elsewhere!
