One of the best Indian takeaways in south east London in my estimation ,friendly staff , fantastic ,tasty food ,not even that local to me but worth the drive .
Delivery driver rude and intimidating.
I always used ababil as a takeaway and always had a good meal sometimes the delivery service was not always that good but carried on using. Did once have mould on my coconut pickle. Told the store and they brought new pots round. But recently ordered and again waited over an hour for my delivery rung store to find an update suddenly delivered arrived . Seems my takeaway was waiting as it was cold when it arrived . So put my take away in the oven that was my 1st mistake as that night really sick . When rice is reheated the bacteria grows at a great rate .
I have just read Greenwich hygiene update and not surprised that this outlet received a 1 rating only.
Since this experience the thought of a takeaway curry makes me feel sick,
I WILL NEVER USE THIS TAKEAWAY AGAIN!!!
2 weeks ago ordered and they delivered wrong food and missing item. Manager kindly called and apologised for all the mistakes. We thought we would try them again and yet again more mistakes which then we have to wait 15 minutes for the food and they chargered us. WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
