Went to this branch of Sainsbury’s last Tuesday and was really pleased with the service I received. I was looking for a particular type of baby milk but couldn’t find what I was looking for. Asked a nearby assistant working on the shop floor and immediately went to where it was located, upon finding not on the shelf he went to the back store and brought it out for me, all this in the space of a minute, was impressed with his enthusiasm to give excellent customer service. Great 5 star service from Mr Toafique, if only all Sainsbury’s customer assistants had this level of service and enthusiasm. Will be back if I'm passing through town. 👍🏻
Good supermarket. Almost all items are available and the staff are helpful.
There are even fresh bakes and coffee available in-store.
Sainsburys is a great local shop to go to when u need simple necessities and don't want to go far. I have always had good service there however 1 star is knocked off because of 1 staff member named Deep he is very rude every time I go in there he never asks you if you want a bag he expects you to say he mumbles the price and always giver dirty looks that make me feel uncomfortable and not want to go there to shop
Ok for a quick shop
Just bought b&h silver the guy at the till said he put in in the bag which he did not and did not gave me a new one. Had to buy a new one. 29/01/20 4.20pm. Young Indian guy at the till .
