I was in this store to day at about 12 noon. I noticed there is no any restriction for unmasked customers coming in. I saw two men with no mask. I talked to deputy manager Ivan and requested him to ask them to wear their mask, but he refused and said he can not do that. I was very disappointed and explained the law and restrictions but he just refused to do any thing. I am not going back any more to this store. Customers should avoid shopping from this branch. Those who are running the store do not follow the rules and restrictions for the prevention of Covid 19 infection. You will risk your health if you go there.
Went straight in got everything i needed and no ques so out fairly quick. Lovely staff
Great friendly staff . Shame the choices of products is limited due to the size of the store .
The alarm for this store goes off every night at 10pm and again at midnight, usually for 15 -30 minutes each time. Except tonight, when it rang continuously from 10pm to midnight!!
I have contacted Sainsbury's HQ and I have heard nothing in response to my complaint and enquiries. The store manager has also been informed about it and denies that it is the store's alarm that rings every night. But how can they be so sure? The store closes at 9pm. The manager goes home. I live opposite the store and can assure you that it is the store alarm that sounds and disrupts mine and my neighbours sleep. I am sad that I have to write a google review and post this on social media in order to be heard. But this needs to be sorted as soon as possible.
People are lovely! Couldn't have hired nicer staff- It's just a shame that the choice of stock for lunches is either overpriced or poooor quality. This is pretty much, the only choice of store for my lunch so its not put me off- it's just a shame that I'm always having to buy things that I don't particularly want, or don't enjoy due to quality.
