WARNING - Their scoring system is not fit for purpose Their score system is not fit for purpose. Please read other reviews on here that are similar to ours. Despite running a successful company with very healthy year on year growth and a subsequent healthy increase of net worth year on year these guys have lowered our score from 90 to 36! Due to the industry we're in we pay for all goods on a proforma basis. All of our standard bills from councils, utilities etc are paid by Direct Debit. When I asked them to advise why our score had dropped so much in the last 8 months they gave me answers that were mainly based on assumptions, including that we are at risk of being out of business in a year! We will certainly not be renewing our subscription with them. If the information they're providing on our own business is totally incorrect and so misleading what is the point of us using their services to check on other businesses, the scores they publish are not a true reflection on the business, quite the oposite, basically useless. Total non-sense, will report to the relevant authorities as this company needs to be held accountable.

AWFUL COMPANY!!! The information they hold is wholly inaccurate. They have listed a personal CCJ against a Limited Company and their staff do not understand they are two separate legal entities! Call themselves a credit reference company and yet they do not obtain nor control accurate credit information. Disgusting behaviour. Makes a joke of their whole business model if the information is not accurate. This limited company has never had a CCJ issued against it and yet they are happy to affect my credit worthiness for no reason and do not care. Simply told me to go to Financial Ombudsman which takes months! DO NOT USE CREDITSAFE!!!!!!
