Best doctor for me the man doctor called the hospital straight away when my daughter had an arm problem .. the lady doctor helped me a lot and listend to me when I used to have family problems she refers me to the specilzed doctor straight away if I need it. unfortunately I had to leave this gp because I changed my address otherwise I would be very happy to stay. I came back to write this comment because my new GP they don't do anything and they don't refer me to any specialized doctor even its needed.

I agree with other comments, the lady doctor is so cold and mean. She is terrible with children and always leaves me feeling worse. If I knew I'd get Dr Reddy I'd happily go back but currently avoiding the GP and resort to 111 when needed until I can switch.

I am very disappointed for the customer service I had Today. I was trying to register myself to the GP and after been waiting long time outside a patient arrived and the nurse finally opened the door and let the patient come in and she didnt pay attention to myself. I walked away and I will never go back.. Considering the treatment for a start was not what I am looking for.

I called to find out the results to a blood test. I was told that the results would be delivered to my home address or a phone call would be made within a few days by my doctor. No letter no phone call, so I called. A lady answered and then I was put on hold for 5 minutes! Then she asked 5 times for my date of birth and name. Then she couldn't understand me at all, her English was very poor and I was becoming more and more anxious. If that wasn't bad enough, she stopped talking for 3 hole minutes while I was still speaking I could hear her breathing so she was still on the line! Finally she admitted that she could not help she would book an appointment to see my doctor.
