I’ve been going to this health centre for years and I always receive nothing but great service. My healthcare assistant Hind is an absolute credit to the centre. She’s always friendly, polite and extremely helpful. She goes above and beyond for her patients and it always has such a positive impact on my day. Keep up the incredible work Hind!!

Called last month to book a call appointment. I told the woman EVERYTHING that im concerned about in my health (because I rarely check up in GP, this was supposedly my first time talking about them with a doctor). I was told the wait will be A MONTH AND 2 WEEKS. I waited and waited until the day. When the doctor called me, she said I can only talk about ONE PROBLEM PER APPOINTMENT. She didn't even answer or solve that ""problem" i told her during the call. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND WHAT A S****D SYSTEM.

Simply the worst GP practice I have ever known. Always told to call at 9am the following day for an appointment. So you have the entirety of Shepherd's Bush calling at the same time clogging up the phone line. This has been going on for years. They are useless making and official complaint to NHS as they haven't improved since my last one

my son is taking pills because of which he has to call his doctor every 14 days and which he must not stop taking. He has been taking the therapy for 14 days and has not had a pill for 3 days because no one has responded to his call for 3 days and it is not possible to make an appointment and get a prescription. Passionate, I have no words I am angry because it is about the health of our children

I came to the surgery at 08.15 to ask for a call back from the doctor because I can never get through on the phone. The Oriental lady told me to call back at 09.00 and said I wasn't allowed to call by the surgery to ask for a call back and it had to done by phone, I've never heard anything so redicculus, she said it wasn't a walk in centre but I didn't want to come in I was simply asking for a call back. When I told her that my sick note had run out and needed a new one she said it would take two weeks to get a sick note and I would have to make an appointment and I couldn't have a call back, she's crazy iv spoke to the doctor before over the phone to get a sick note, who is she to tell me I can't speak to the doctor. She's a very difficult woman and should not be serving the public. She then walked away from the window and ignored me. I wasn't asking for much just a regular call back from the doctor. What an awful woman.
