Great service. I applied for a new passport for my newborn son, and the staff there went out of their way to help me apply easily during the pandemic time. I want to especially recognise a staff member named Mahmoud Al-Shuqeirat, the Assistant Consul in the embassy, for his great service.

The best service ever, absolutely amazing. They are incredibly great. I have had to renew my passport during the COVID-19. I thought this going to be tough during these days, but It went very easy and fast. You doing a great job.. Wish you all the best,

I have a question to those who gave 5 starts for the embassy service. How did you get in contact with them via phone or email? I tried everything I can possibly find but no one pick up the phone nor the emails. The Website is marked as "Unsecure" and the domain is not ".gov.jo"... Please HELP!

I had an issue so I contacted the embassy through an email and they replied fast and were very helpful and understanding.
