Went to sort out my new Guatemalan passport and all the members of staff were very welcoming! The Guatemalan way is so friendly and the service was very fast! Thank you.

It is absurd that to renew a passport they ask me for a lot of paperwork including having dpi when I am not in Guatemala and therefore I do not have it and they should do the renewal with the passport that I have already expired. Another thing is in England and they ask that you pay with US dollars knowing that the currency here is sterling should be paid with the currency of the country in which they are and not walk with so many things. Let's see if they improve that because it is ridiculous to do so much 😞
