Staff are helpful, polite and try their best to serve, however the whole consular system is a bit disorganised. They can easily make everything perfect by designing a good online system. I wanted to give power of attorney and I didn't know where to make the payment and what code to enter to book an appointment and I had to drive all the way from south London to Kensington just to figure out how the whole thing worked as the description on the web was so ambiguous and as usual could not get through to anyone on the phone. I hope by making some small changes they increase the speed and quality of the service.

Great service.I received my first passport after three weeks of submitting its application. The appointment at the consulate took only 5 minutes! That’s right, 5 and It does not take longer If you provide what they require!

At first I thought wow the staff are so nice, but I had to go back when I received my new passport since there was a problem with how the photo was printed. AND IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, INSTEAD OF ADMITTING THEIR MISTAKE THE STAFF GOT SO RUDE ABOUT IT and thinking that I left they started talking behind my back (not knowing I had to go back to call them, since a disabled man asked me to call one of the staff to assist him.)

I went to Iran consulate for the first time in 20 years since I came to UK in 2000 about my missing passport. I'm going to see my family for the first time in 20 years especially my old and sick mother in Ahwaz I'm happy with the service very professional and friendly staff and kind Mr Assadi trying to help and explaining everything to everyone I must be fair I have been in consulate today again for the the second time in a week I had problems with filling the forms and payment method. I must say absolutely and professional Mr Ahmed help me with payment and Mr Assadi help with the forms and the rest of the consulate staff very kind and helpful if you listen to them and have all documents with you. Thank you again Iran consulate for everything I am going to see my family and my old mother again after20 years I am very happy. Thank you Allah for everything
