I found my recent experience of renewing my daughter’s passport, in a short period of time, exceptional.
The staff were warm, personable and really excellent.
They responded to any queries extremely quickly via e-mail.
All in all I fell really impressed by an exceptionally efficient team.

Staff were really helpful in getting an emergency passport renewal. Everything from getting an appointment, what was needed and response time was very clear and efficient.
I had to get an emergency Irish passport sorted with an extremely tight turnaround, but the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, pro-active & efficient with getting me where I needed to be - especially Rose Gaughan, who was quite simply amazing.
The worst service. They took my payment and the application never went through now they won't refund me and have been very unhelpful I have shown them proof of payment and they still won't refund me.
