I went to renew the Dutch passport for myself and my two daughters. I can't describe how professional and kind the lady was, at the till number 5. We have been called on the screen at 10:00 am and we have finished around 10:20 am. We have applied for 3 passports and ID card. Passports arrived exactly after 7 days. Unbelievable. So proud of the Dutch administration system and the quality of their staff. Always the best. Keep up the good work. Dank u wel.

Easy to travel to via car or public transport. Excellent location. The nearest coffee shops would be further down Queens Gate or High st Kensington. 20 min walk from the Naltural History museum.

Totally unhelpful and difficult, perhaps actually impossible, to engage. Consular staff should not act as "stuck up" diplomats. They are living the good life in London and offering virtually no service at all. I just gave up, as did several others,

This is the kind of employees you should expect in a consulate office. Efficient, compassionate and very polite. Aside from the whatsapp 24/7 customer service, the staff itself are very prompt in responding to enquiries and gives you a direct answer.
