So I went for the free eye test offered and all that was fine. However when I received my glasses I just knew that it was not the correct prescription as it was slightly blurry. I went back and said this, they did another test on me, put some eye drops in my eyes that enlarge my pupils (it really burned, it was so painful!) To then be told that it was the correct prescription. I was told to try out the glasses for another 2 weeks (I had already tried them for a couple of weeks ) All this did was give me headaches, and it was definitely not the correct prescription as it was slightly blurring an I had been saying his from the beginning. I then asked for a refund and they refused. I'm never one to complain but it was just awful service. Skip to a couple of months later, I went to boots for an eye test, they inform me that the reason that the glasses from Specsavers didn't feel right and was slightly blurry was because Specsavers had only put a prescription on one of the lenses and not on both of them so it was not balanced. I got my new glasses from boots which are perfect and I can actually see out of them. So disappointed in Specsavers for giving me the incorrect prescription and refusing to give a refund after their own mistake.

Good value, but I had to wait an extra two weeks after glasses were ready so as to have a "fitting". Two pairs, both were ill fitting. One hurts to wear. What was the point? Will now need to make an extra visit to sort it out. Knowing my luck they will tell me to make another appointment. Very disappointed as this is not my local store and will need to make a journey.

The opticians were much more helpful and caring than the Optometrists. We received services from Rayan and Lité. Both of them are beautiful people who were very patient with the elderly patients! Catering their needs for (at times unnecessary) details. They both walked us through details until my elderly patient was satisfied. Really recommend this place.

I would strongly recommend this store. The staff are knowledgeable and polite. In the past, I had my eye test there and ordered glasses. This morning somebody called Ryan repaired my favourite spectacle frames, which I tried to take to several other opticians, unsuccessfully. Many thanks to him. Many thanks to all other members of staff.

This is such a great branch. Despite purchasing Specsavers glasses from a different branch, I popped into this store and they re-fitted my glasses quickly and free of charge. Polite and friendly staff at this store, will definitely use again!
