The services is just excellent the doctors and other members of staff really care about the best possible outcome for the patient and I personally believe this isn’t spoken about frequently, this service has been me and my family members life line. I personally don’t know what I would do without this team of caring and enabling people. The only thing I can say is thank you very much and I’ll just keep reporting the excellent experience we alway experience. This service is a gold standard and the NHS will benefit from the same structure in more local areas. The staff team are warm and welcoming even over the phone the support is excellent. During my last consultation the doctor visited me as I’m bed bound and he supported me with a assessment and I found him overwhelmingly caring and lovely. Thank goodness for west green surgery, thank you the A team🥳

I was registered with this surgery for 3 or 4 years. My experiences ranged from bad to shocking. They were wrong about a lot of their claims, and didn't listen to me. There are many examples, but to name just two: -- I was told I was going to be taken off my antidepressant because it's incompatible with pregnancy. I had shown no interest in having a baby and the claim was simply incorrect: the antidepressant is totally safe with pregnancy. When I told the doctor I didn't want a baby he said, 'Well you might change your mind tomorrow.' -- I also went in with what I thought was symptoms of a vitamin or mineral deficiency, was told "there are no deficiencies that match your symptoms", then sent for dozens of specialist appointments (my GP had concluded my 6 or 8 symptoms were not linked, for reasons I will never understand.) No specialist could figure out what was wrong with me so my GP concluded I was inventing my symptoms because of "mental health problems". When I went to see a private doctor, turned out it was a mineral deficiency as I'd first thought. This kind of thing should not be happening -- it's a waste of public money. Go to a different surgery.

I’m so glad I’ve changed my GP practice to West Green Surgery. All the positive reviews are definitely right! Prompt reply on the phone and quick appointment booking! Never had such a smooth experience. I had a phone consultation with Dr Arshad and he has been so kind, professional and accommodating!
