My family and I are lifelong patients of this excellent practice. The staff are wonderful, from the hardworking, efficient and friendly reception team to the outstanding doctors and nurses. Appointments are same day with a fast, efficient response service. The practice manager Zal, is professional with a warm, kind and helpful manner as she strives to ensure the needs of the patients are met so they feel cared for, attended to and at ease. Our GP Dr Wijeyekoon is an exceptional doctor whom always goes above and beyond for the care of his patients. His clinical expertise, dedication and  compassion is exemplary.  His qualities and integrity as a doctor and, more fundamentally, as a person, shine through. During these extraordinarily difficult times of the pandemic when services are under enormous stress and strain the high standards provided by the High road surgery have not wavered, rather, they have become even higher. I extend a heartfelt thank you to you all for all  that you do for my family and I, we are very fortunate to be a part of such a remarkable practice.

I have been with this surgery for over 25 years and it has just got better. I wish to thank the doctors, the reception staff, the office manager for always helping by going the extra mile. My parents both now deceased were well looked after especially Dr Wijekoon who did everything he could to make them comfortable be it getting the appropriate referrals and the house calls etc. Thank you so much for what you all do for us even in these exceptionally difficult days the service has been as good as it could be. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend this surgery, really friendly staff...feel very welcome by all staff especially the Manager. Very quick response from phone line appointments. Doctors are outstanding. Never walked in a surgery and feel so welcome. I had a good experience.

I have been using this GP facilities for over 30 years. Throughout this time, several doctors have passed through the doors, but the standard of service has only become greater. Some of the more recent changes such as the Saturday surgery and female doctors are testament to the surgery moving with the times and providing flexible options for all.

I am a newly registered patient. I went to see Dr Wij on Saturday for my painful shoulder. The doctor was very professional, efficient and understanding. The receptionist a polite and friendly lady. Highly recommend this surgery!
