Worst optician to go. Never had this kind of service in my life.
On 23rd of July/2020 I had my eyes checked. They recommended me multifocal glasses, which I ordered (and payed) straight away. On 8th of August/2020 I started using my new glasses (they advised me I should have some time to get used to it). I felt dizzy since the first time I put my glasses on and I couldn't see properly when with the glasses on, until I had an accident at work because of not seeing right, and I got hurt, scars all over my face.
So I went back to the shop and asked for having my eyes checked again. They denied and said they were going to change my glasses for a non-multifocal one (which is way cheaper); up to now I haven't got my 'new' glasses, nor my money back. They keep on saying that they will call me (they never call). When I try to talk to them, they always say there is a certain person who I should talk to, who is never available.
I wear glasses because I need them it's not a luxury item.
Great customer service. Quiet shop in comparison to other locations such as locations as Holloway.
I definitely recommend opting for this location instead if it local to you.
