I don’t really like Dr. iQ because I most of the time get random and unrelated responses which stress me and I end up spending so much time and effort on trying to get it right and understood. However today I called the practice after receiving an unhelpful/ unrelated response through Dr iQ and I spoke to Mrs Chandra. She was very kind, understanding, patient and very helpful! She got it right for me and I feel much better. Thanks to her and everyone else who are helping 🙏❤️

Excellent experience with the healthcare assistant Amanda, she used to be a receptionist. Done my mums diabetic review under supervision from a new manager. Mum had a good experience getting her blood taken. Not bad for a newbie

The receptionist Mrs Chanda was very nice and helped me quite a lot. She was very patient with me and understanding so I had a very good experience at this surgery.

As an ex-employee, I am glad none of my family are registered at the site, after the many concerning things I witnessed at St.Ann’s Surgery. Management are toxic and dangerously incompetent. And as a human being, I am morally compelled to advise others not to be registered at this site. I fear for the well-being of many patients, after seeing first hand the direction, warped priorities and often contempt for patient care displayed my AT Medics and their management team running this surgery. In short, don’t register here if you can help it. It’s not worth the risk to you and your loved ones.
