This morning I went to get supplements to my friend from Holland barrett but the item was out of stock so I went superdrug . The supplement was just by the pharmacy till so I went the to be served, no one was waiting. So the the lady told me to go to the tills in the front with a long queue to be served. I was in shock I asked her again and refused again. I was speechless. I wouldn't go to them if I found it in Holland Barret with excellent customer service. The cushers are the worst specially the women's.
People stick buying from boots and Holland Barrett.
Superdrug do not deserve your money.

Usually not enough staff on tills however there is a guy who works in the cosmetics section who always goes out of his way to be helpful and give useful advice.
Overheard someone complaining about something at the till. The Indian cashier was incredibly rude, saying "this is the wrong country for you girl, especially if you can't even speak proper English" First of all, you shouldn't call someone a girl, the rest is just outrageous!! She spoke good English with an accent like the Indian guy had accent too.
Three words to describe the staff here .... Rude! rude! rude! All lacking in customer service skills!
Really rude and mediocre staff and they are always busy in talking to each other.
Even tried to complaint team leader even he was protecting asian gir.
I think management need to be properly trained as well as staff.
Would prefer to go boots and they have improved their service.
