Great customer service, very helpful. I'm a regular and the staff are always extremely helpful and everyone says hello! Adds to the community feel in Winchmore Hill
Like many others, on my way to work every morning I like to stop off at one of the many stores I pass to buy my lunch and things i might need for home.
However since Waitrose in Winchmore Hill has opened it is the only store I stop at and it's not for the free coffee either as I pass two other Waitrose's on my way. It is the amazing customer service I receive from the staff there. I am sure many will agree with me when I say that this is hard to find nowadays. Two young ladies in particular, Debbie and Davina, always go the extra mile with their warm, friendly and helpful manner.
I sincerely hope the management there appreciate their staff!
