We were very impressed with prompt reassuring service we received from Doctor Naseem. We couldn’t have asked for a more supportive GP. His manner and social patient interaction was commendable in all respects.

Disgusting treatment by GP Singh at the Grangetown surgery. Totally inappropriate and smirking while he abused me. I made a formal complaint and the practice accept he did it but 'didn't mean it', but will use my case in training as 'what a GP should not do'?! This practice abused me, delayed my recovery and took zero responsibility. Avoid and register with another doctor in the area.

Receptionist unnecessarily rude, not welcoming at all. Makes going there worse than it has to be.

Butetown branch has nice receptionist and I got an appointment easily. I like this surgery.
