I have not long completed my 3 month treatment course and what a difference it has made to my life. I work as a delivery driver and have been suffering from back, hip and shoulder pains for about 18 months. Towards the last few months the pain was unbearable, every movement was painful sitting still and lying down was uncomfortable all the time. At the age of 44 my friends and family would say that I was just getting old, doctors only give me pain killers which after a year started to not even work on me. I am usually a happy go lucky kind of guy but everyone round me was noticing that I was miserable and ratty all the time. Which in fairness I was because sleeping was a uncomfortable experience waking up with pains here and there, I thought that if this is what getting old is like I hope I not round that long cause I was really miserable, even work was getting difficult to do. A good friend of mine suggested The Tuning Room which she and her family have been using for years and always sort them out no matter what the condition was. I am not going to lie but I have heard some stories about the results of chiropractors, but my friend has never given me bad advice before and I was feeling so low and sick of feeling the way that I was, I was willing to try anything , the pain killers were starting to make me feel so sick at this point I had nothing to lose. After the first few sessions I started to feel the difference in my body, my posture changed and the areas of pain was reducing each visit. I not a religious person but I swear I felt like I was experience one I was happy again, my movements were back and I was sleeping much better. In a short space of time I was back to how I was at 35 I felt at my peak again and not going down the other side yet. Now when my friends see me and ask how I looking so good I always tell them and highly recommend The Tuning Room. I truly come to this place feeling deformed and left feeling reformed. A big thank you to my chiropractor Megan who looked after me and made me feel at ease at all times and turned the clock back on my body. Having said that all the staff here, which are to many to name them all here, are very delightfully friendly and helpful. I am so glad I was told about these geniuses that I have to tell every one about how good they are. So if you been suffering longer than you can remember and been every where else to look for a cure then please come here, you will have nothing to lose but I guarantee you will have so much to gain, even getting your life back to where it should be.

Been going for a few years now. Tom has done wonders for my back and neck, my daily headaches have now gone and my migraines are managagable. It is now down to Pat who is sorting my shoulder out. I feel relaxed and at ease when I am there, which has helped me improve the range of movement in my shoulder. Pat encourages me all the way.

Can't put into words how happy I am after visiting The Tuning Room. After 6 years of pain and starting to give up on a painkiller free life these polite caring friendly folk have completely changed my life mentally and physically. Meg has made such an impact on my shoulder and my movement and I'm incredibly greatful for the commitment these guys have put into helping me lead a pain free life. Thanks again guys. After a cycling accident last year I found I was getting frequent headaches throughout the day. I'd visited the GP and scans showed nothing abnormal so was more or less told to deal with it as nothing more could be done. That's when I thought I'd give a Chiropractor a go which led me to the Tuning Room. I'd not visited a Chiropractor before but had a very warm welcome from the whole team there and after my first session a potential cause was identified. I was a little sceptical at first but after a few weeks of treatment the headaches were gone and have stayed that way to date! I'd also had knee issues when running short distances (3km odd) and during heavy squats in the gym, it wasn't the reason I visited but I also managed to get that sorted to the point I was able to run 10k's without problem so that was an added bonus! Big thanks to the team and would happily recommend the Tuning Room. If you're even thinking of visiting just go for it, nothing to lose but a lot to gain!
