My husband and i both went for a covid test on thur morning. All the staff werr lovely and very welcoming. The lady who did our tests Was lovely . Got our results back this eve fri So just over 24hours for the results. Amazing Thank you all very much

Had a telephone consultation today with Dr Woyka. Dr Woyka gave me such good advice and treatment today. I cannot recommend such a wonderful, kind and caring doctor that makes you feel at ease and so knowledgeable, regarding my issues today. Thank you ever so much Dr Woyka and I will definitely, recommended you!

So I rang up to book a Covid test online I made a mistake with one of the info so anyways the receptionist for travel clinic was absolutely rude! Disgusting service! Taking out her fustration on us! Looks like she was having a bad day but doesn’t mean you forget about your customer service! My fathers English is not that great he was on the other side of the line... she said I want to talk to your daughter because I don’t understand you which offended us....like is that how your colleagues are like with others who don’t have great English? Until I had a go at her to tell her relax she calmed down. No apologies for being rude! Was told I would get an invoice sent I don’t even receive it. This women needs more training in customer service

I have been a client of Harrow Healthcare Centre for several years now! They have always gone far and beyond their call of duty , Every single practitioner i have been seen by have always treated me as an individual, it’s not just their medical expertise , but also the fact that they are always reassuring, you can trust their knowledge and be reassured that they will always strive to help you ! I recently returned from a weekend break feeling fatigued and lacking energy, i thought it would go away, to be honest i may not have bothered seeing anyone had it not been for the fact that i have so much trust in them and knew that even if it was reassurance that i needed, they’re always there often at very short notice ( even during a pandemic with associated safety guidelines in place) After a consultation , Dr Nathan insisted on a blood test , she was so insistent to investigate what was wrong and extremely professional at applying care! It turned out my haemoglobin level was extremely low, the journey from there on into hospital for further care was shadowed by her and she kept a check to make sure everything ran smoothly with the hospital, she went beyond the call of duty and i have to be honest, i doubt if i’d still be here had it not been for her professionalism and expertise ! I am now well again and will have further tests to make sure i stay well ! If you care enough about your own healthcare you’ll be wise to let this practise look after and manage your needs in this area! It’s a very personal service , non judgemental ( obviously) and if you think you’re worth it , then they certainly do! Thankyou Dr Nathan , you’re the best GP i have ever had , obviously everyone there is as good i’m sure or would have been in the situation i’m sure, but you really did care for me , you have been so dedicated and showed a genuine personal interest and at at the same time so reassuring , i am so humbled by your commitment and that of Harrow Healthcare generally ! I’ve always had great trust in HHCC, oh, there’s always somewhere to park , there’s a convenient pharmacy and also handy as if you have medical insurance it’s a one stop shop ( with Northwick Park being only minutes away if you don’t ) I totally recommend because ‘ You’re worth it’!

Dr Jane Woyka is absolutely amazing. She doesn't go an extra mile, she goes 100 extra miles. She is very knowledgeable and caring. Our 3 year absolutely adores her and loves playing with toys. I do not have enough words to recommend Dr Jane, highly recommend. She is our family doctor now!
