Mark was very friendly and helpful. When we mentioned our budget he put no pressure on us to increase it but went out of his way to find something suitable. His service and knowledge meant that we decided to go with the mattress we found instead of going around and look in other places. It was also great to get a bottle of water as it was a really hot day and he made sure everything was sanitised and safe for us walking around the store. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Excellent, friendly and helpful service I had to get the mattress I needed. So impressed with the sleep test I did which chose the perfect mattress for me. Delivery was great as well, on time and friendly. I will definitely go back there in the future if anything else I need. I recommend them.

Dreams Cardiff is a nicely presented, well maintained and clean environment showcasing various beds, bedding and bed related furniture items; the members of staff were more than helpful explaining the colour scheme of the beds, they did not rush or pressurise us in anyway at all and made us feel welcome. It's definitely worth considering Dreams Cardiff, Penarth Road for a high quality bedding item or an overall bedding package.

Catered for perfectly and given good service considering the situation. Walked out with a superb product along with a very substantial discount. If you don't pre-book, you might have to wait to be shown around but the offers of complimentary drinks was always made.

Good choice of mattresses and staff very helpful in explaining the differences. Tried out those I was interested in after having my needs analysed on their 'sleep machine'. I did not buy the most expensive the machine recomended and the staff member made no attempt to persuade me to buy an expensive mattress. Great service later by delivery men who took away my old mattress to recycle(cost £35 and well worth it.).
