Tesco Express

I had a very bad customer service experience last week when I went there to check scratch cards I bought from there. An employee named Charlie or Claire who comes in the morning, not sure of the name, was not very nice to me. which was really bad..

All you’d expect from a small Tesco Express. Good selection and a bonus is that the staff are generally nice. Also a large amount of products are frequently reduced 👍

A nice middle class haven in what is a rough part of town has been ruined by Tesco. All we have now is bad grime music blearing out of the cars who are living on benefits / council estates close by. Tesco pumping toxic waste into a clean area.

Normally I divide the reviews I give into a section of good and bad...but this store is different and here's why: *Selection - This Tesco Express store is pretty good in terms of its selection as a grocery "top-up" store. The selection available is the general goods that you would need to buy throughout the week as opposed to the things you buy during the weekend. *Customer Service - The customer service here is what makes this store so OUTSTANDINGLY GOOD. I stand to admit that even I was taken back by how friendly the members of staff are in this store. Even the body guard at the store entrance is one of the most friendliest people I've seen in Hither Green or within most stores for that matter. Needless to say, the membes of staff here are friendly, helpful and provide great customer service. *Hygiene - The store is pretty clean and there's hardly moments where you'll see something unclean. Furthermore the food, specifically the baked goods are generally well looked after which is a great plus. *Queues - This is London and much like London queues do happen and this store is no exception. Unfortunately sometimes the queues can feel extensive during a rush peroid, but this happens once in a while and not often enough to make this store off-putting. Overall: All in all...honestly this is hands down one of the best Tesco Express stores I've ever been to, if not the best. The customer service is what sets this store apart from most "stop and go" stores. I'd highly recommend this store and rate it a good 8/10 easily.
