They were not very respect to me and I feel staff can be more welcoming. The food can be improve too I hope. Should make the chicken more crispy and like other kfc but think things missing here. I hope this take on board and they make good improvement base on it
limited menu at the moment
Hands down the worst KFC experience. The store manager told us that the fried chicken which was soggy with no crunch on the batter was the way it is. To his credit he dis offer a refund which I declined. A freshly prepared crunchy fried chicken would have been a good trade off. KFC are becoming worse every time I order which is not a lot.
