Very worst customer service ever. Account blocked for no reason.. Could not activate for 8+weeks now. Provided all documentation still no avail. Worst worst worst.. No other words. They are not letting the account to be closed as well. Cannot withdraw my hard earned money

If i could i will give zero star... Super poor front door services, super dirty place, super poor IT services, i spent two hours there to open a classic current account just because their system has a problem and the lady was not able to do a simplest thing and it end it up with no account and i have to wait for a month to re open it.... so disappointed!!!!

Went to the counter yesterday and said hi, totally ignored, had already passed the deposit book through, when the checks had been posted was not asked if I wanted anything else, totally disgusted by this one individual who thinks she is above customers. The rest are so slow apart from one lady who is absolutely brilliant. Every customer knows who she is., everyone else is a waste of space

The staff are helpful. Difficult for disabled users as limited disabled parking spaces in high street. Many non disabled people use the disabled spaces.
