Agree with one star givers, most stressful moments to go there, after each visit every time I'm getting surprised, how attitude and careless keep those people still working on such reputable bank.
poor staff in a useless branch. asked to speak to the investment adviser and was told they are that busy that i was not even allowed to put my name down on the waiting list. I have never had a company refuse my money before.
The staff are helpfully. Difficult to use as limited parking in high street. Many non disabled people using disabled spaces.
