Went into the Hayes branch on 30/09/2020 to deposit some money into my account at the counter, the customer service I experienced by all the staff at the branch was exceptional. One person that really shone was Tarin, I hope I spelt your name right. Brilliant individual, helped me unlock my card, deposit the money, nothing was too much of an inconvenience, answered all my questions very professionally, efficiently, caring, and delivered amazing customer service. Santander, the young lady is a huge credit to your company.

Good experiance overall. However, went in today and was denied a bank statement due to covid-19 (physical contact restriction). Why are staff allowed to then handle my cash, my drivers license, my cheque and my bank card ???? Furthermore, without gloves and a mask ??? Pleae revisit guidance as rules that do not make sense are silly ones.
