Been with the bank for years but have always had such a terrible service that I decided to close my account. Today during lock down as a result of the virus I called customer services with the intent to have a bank statement posted out to me, I was told to go in to the branch. Went in to the branch and was jumped on by 7 members of staff asking why I came in and was told I should not have..... done a u-turn and walled out. The mission to close the account continues.....

Very good service and friendly staff, there are lot of cash machines in and out side, so queue will not be necessary.

Horrible branch and easily the worst of any bank I’ve ever visited. Most employees are ridiculously rude (though some are ok). Been my local for over a decade and lord knows how some of these women are still employed. I won’t give names on here but a middle aged white lady with short hair, and a middle aged large Afro-Caribbean lady with glasses are the worst offfenders. Never offer a smile or please or thank you or anything. It’s a joke. Monday’s are busiest and have been for years, yet they have one person behind the desk and one cashier. The rest roam around the floor aimlessly with their tablets. It makes no sense. The automatic cash deposit machines rarely work too. I don’t get how upper management at Lloyds haven’t done anything to fix this branch because I’m sure loads of others have complained about the staff and waiting times before too

In general good services and polite staff, but there is a lady had not idea which countries are EU members. Please let somebody with better knowledge in geography and higher IQ to deal with foreign customers.

One cashier on desk, queue out of the door, stood in same spot for over 10mins without moving, they would rather you did everything online.......how do you pay actual cash into a account?? Staff have to consider if more customers went online then there is no need for them in the branch.........no job!!!
