Very caring and friendly staff, for anything related to hearing this is the place to go.
I have been with them since 2006, been well looked after and no problem is too small. I recently had a checkup and my hearing has got worse but it was explained to me with such professionalism that it put me at ease with the aid of graph showing me details of my lost. I would recommend them 100%
Not hard to see why Helen, Jane and the rest of the team get great reviews. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. You can be assured of a warm welcome and excellent treatment.
What a difference Helen has made to my hearing ability and life, after experiencing an unhelpful and inferior hearing centre I found Helen by chance who has truly changed my life anyone who has hearing difficulties will appreciate how difficult life can be the hearing aids that have been expertly provided have given me back the life I had prior to hearing loss Helen is compassionate and understands all hearing related issues then gives you back what you had lost!
I cannot praise the Monmouth Hearing Centre enough.
