Very unprofessional and rude staff(particularly the ladies) Always seem to be nosy and want to know what is going on in your personal life, your business- who is this person you're with etc, Why are you drawing this money out, what you spending it on etc. Certain staff always want to try and interfere and spread gossip. It is also no wonder the ratings of this branch in hounslow is so low because of rude, unprofessional staff who should keep their nose out of people's businesses. Certain staff must get fired.
Didn't have the best experience because of the staff member allocated to me but that may have been my luck. This branch is open on a saturday which is a huge plus!
Staff was very helpful and friendly. It's nice to have an account with Lloyds.
The manager is great and I hope she gets the respect she deserves.
They need to fix the closing time as may people drive 40 minutes and they close at 3:30pm instead of 4:30pm
