I just wanted to order some bank statements. I called and the robot said the waiting time is around 1hour, I told myself it’s alright, I understand the situation we’re facing and that they are busier than usual. However, that hour led to 2hrs and they still haven’t replied. They should put a limit of people who can call and who should wait to talk to them... I also have a picture of the call but I see I can’t upload it..
Staff is excellent but waiting in line takes a lot of time usually 20-30 mins.
Never had any problems there. Lovely staff, always willing to help. Thank you
Customer service is very poor, cashiers are in mood most of the time and never get any help from any member, no knowledge, passion for job.
