Very friendly staff lisa the branch manager was very articulate and polite with my issues towards my account with forward thinking and very helpful advice definitely went the further mile and I would like to thank you

Friendly thieves at the counter.... If you are putting cash into your account in this branch double check your account and your receipt. The staff are friendly and nice but once they put £50 less than the amount that I gave them and i went straight back and they only apologised and put the correct amount into my account. It also happened to my mother few years ago but she only realised after few months that she had less money in her account than she had given and didn't follow it up as she's old. Be extra careful and don't be fooled by thier friendly approach...

I must edit my review, after half year, I was in this bank again and now customer service was excellent . Old review: Staff need training on how to smile and be helpful and polite to their customers, rather than brush off anyone who comes to them for help .Serious training required.
