We used Masons to move ourselves from our home in Portsmouth to our new home in Barry, putting all our furniture in storage for two months. They also moved my 80year old mum from her flat in Portsmouth to her new flat in Barry.
The whole service they provided was excellent and they made the move over two days very easy for us. Craig and Josh, the two man team who did the removal were wonderful. They worked hard and were very professional, friendly and hard working. They were particularly brilliant with my elderly mum and went above and beyond to ensure that she was settled into her new flat , putting everything in the right place for her. They were extremely patient and kind.
We thoroughly recommend Masons for anyone moving home and if Craig and Josh are the ones who help you, then you will have an excellent personal, stress free moving experience.
Excellent company. Very professional, flexible and responsive.bwevused Masons to pack fragile stuff and move all the contents into storage where it stayed for a year while we went travelling. Masons then delivered our stuff to our home in Surrey. At all times the company staff were friendly and helpful, we were able to pay for storage by direct debit and they bent over backwards to get us out of storage before xmas. Their service is first rate and we would thoroughly recommend. Their pricing is very competitive.
This was a very good experience. All of the removal men worked really hard to get the job done. They were very friendly and helpful in every aspect. I would recommend them to anybody. They all helped to make our move pretty stress free.
We used Masons when we moved from Cardiff to Somerset.
They came out to the house and did the assessment where most companies wanted to do a whatsapp call. The quote came back promptly and was competitive with a clear breakdown of what the costs where.
We had a few delays getting a completion date and the office were great in accomodating the constantly moving date.
When move came the team were great. We had a full pack service and everything was really well wrapped and we had no breakages to the crockery or numerous plants we have. the beds were disassembled and reassembled in the new hous. The guys were really professional, helpful and curteous during the three day move.
I highly recommend people use Masons they are the ultimate professionals. Money well spent and there was no stress during the whole process.
Phoned Masons to arrange removal survey 24th Nov. Very pleasant & professional reception. 1st available appointment 8 days later 2nd December midday - accepted this, but commented that we needed to move on 14th December. Not a problem I was told. At 2 minutes to noon on 2nd, Warren Mason, surveyor, phoned me to say he wasn't coming. No reason, no apology. Could do a video survey & quote me later that day. When were we moving? 14th. I said. No can't do that, earliest available date 18th. I asked why I wasn't told this 8 days ago as I had now wasted a week waiting for them. 'Situations change ' was his reply. No apology.
