I often take my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go their often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The meals are yummy and the crew is very friendly and cooperative. Whenever we eat in this place we pass a cheerful evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.

I do not recommend ordering food with delivery. I've eaten here many times and have always been happy. Today I ordered with delivery for the first time and the food arrived completely cold. It was impossible to eat it. I recommend that you change delivery, because what you have is not good for you.

The establishment itself is not to bad, it’s clean, warm and relatively inviting. Most members of staff in there seem quite nice and are accommodating, besides one obnoxious, impolite, unsavoury, repulsive waitress called Ava I believe, who seems to think she is above everyone judging by her attitude and demeanour, sarcastic so and so. Staff like her give nice places like this a bad name, but besides that one problem it’s generally a nice place to eat and drink especially when that awful waitress isn’t there!, I will add more stars to my rating when I hear and see she has left the place.

I had a lovely meal today with great customer service! I didn’t get his name but he was an older Asian man who made the whole experience very pleasant, especially considering how busy it was. He was very diligent and kind, so many thanks to him :)

I love Pizza Express, so as I was looking after my nephew today, I thought a lunch out at Pizza Express in Harrow would be a nice treat. He had never been to Pizza Express before, he was really impressed with the piccolo menu. However he grew more and more bored with the wait, even as adults we started checking the time on our phones. There was only two staff on shift, more did arrive and our Pizza was eventually delivered we still had a significant wait to order and then receive the desserts, we also ordered coffee with the puddings but after finishing and another 15 minutes still no coffee I found a waitress and asked to speak to the manager. By this time my young nephew was taken out of the restaurant as he could no longer sit still and had become quite restless. The manager apologised and explained that they had been short staffed and he had rectified the situation, sadly the experience of a pleasant lunch had been ruined for me as I was now quite stressed, the manager did address the situation well and apologised sincerely and for that reason I will still return.
