I had visited the branch today , to withdraw some money , The most friendly, warm hearted Staff Absolutely I’ll give them 500% ratings Farah, roshni and rafee are an extraordinary staff that helped professionally and showed warm heart towards myself and family I promised to leave feed back which normally I don’t as norm, but what I have seen and experienced today made me leave that feedback Thank you Lloyd’s staff for your warm heart

Selwyn is this branches only saving grace! The manager SO arrogant! He really loves himself. The rest of the staff are rude, unhelpful and disgustingly nosey! What alternative parallel universe are some of these other reviewers visiting because it's not this branch!

Worst branch to visit i was refused service by the bank manager Andrew how keep using force manner to use the machine rather till Noone was outside waiting just a couple using the till service but i was not able to use the tills even with mask covering
