Worst surgery ever. Needed appt, called the reception and was told to called back at 12, I could get a slot. Rang in from 12 noon. Was in a the queue, got through to speak with the staff and the call cut off. Called again and was told am number 15 in the queue. I went into the surgery whilst still in the queue on my phone. Got into the surgery, receptionist were there chit chatting and amazing the phones were not busy nor ringing. Still on the phone, I kept hearing am number 15 in the queue. What a surgery. They are worst than the current pandemic(covid 19).

This is a fantastic surgery. I wanted to let them know how much the local community appreciates them. I have been very unwell over the pandemic at times. I have an underlying health condition, that has recently worsened and I had to attend A&E for medical assistance. I was really stressed and worried. One of the Dr's called me the next day. She was very assertive and she recognised she first had to make sure I understood and was happy with the plan. She had to put in quite a complex drugs regime that I was unfamiliar with. She took the time to make sure I understood and she encouraged me to ask as many questions as I needed. She was a very comforting voice at the end of the phone. She checked in with me halfway through the new medication regime to check I was coping and again at the end reviewed everything. I called in quite a state, really stressed and worried. And that doctor has now helped me to feel really confident that I can manage my condition over the pandemic. I can't say enough about the Dr's at this surgery. I watched the head Dr putting in the flu jab mitigations, she was in from very early in the morning and left very late, I notice her arriving and leaving like this many, many times during the last few months. I think the GPs put their heart and soul into looking after us. This is a practice that genuinely cares for its patients, they take time not just to treat symptoms but to look at the problem as a whole and find ways to help. I would highly reccommend. We should all keep in mind that we can't just turn up at the GPs anymore, that everybody has to protect the patients who absolutely have to see the Dr's. Just one of us having Covid could shut the entire surgery down so I'm very happy to use telephone appointments as much as possible. I can't understand some of these complaints. They do not ring true for me at all. Many thanks to the Dr's and support staff at the practice, you're all working very well for us, under very difficult circumstances.

This place is a joke, no help at all, worst nhs servise possible

I suffered heart and went into surgery and was given medical papers to give my GP. I submitted the medical papers myself to the surgery and after a couple of days I called to follow up on my case but was not attended to properly. The staff I spoke to told me that my medical papers from the heart hospital is still sitting on their tray without any attention. To make it worse the staff told me that having a heart attack and going through heart surgery is no big deal. I am still waiting for a reply from the surgery after one week.

These so called “doctors” think they are God’s gift, they look down on every patient as if patients are supposed to fall to their feet for their help. There is not ONE British doctor at this practice, all from countries where Drs are hailed and treated as if they own the country. First of all they do not even look you in the face when you walk in, let alone greet you. No compassion or care whatsoever. Then if you dare to interrupt them, oh dear... they practically bully patients and make you feel as if you owe them something. 90% of these doctors became doctors for the money and the status, NOT because they want to cure people or help patients. It shows in their attitude and it shows in how the practice is run. The NHS needs to have a good investigation into this practice and all its doctors. They have no shame and no compassion for patient care. I am sick and tired of dealing with these unprofessional “doctors” -treating people without respect !!
