Staff not compassionate enough! No greeting nor empathy. Just poor service. I have visited here before and there were different staff members and very passionate about their job and provided utmost care and service. But not anymore.

I recently visited the store for an eye test and the entire team was very professional and friendly! They spent time ensuring I got the best possible glasses and sunglasses! I couldn’t be happier with the service! The optician did a fantastic job and put me at ease about my sight and even recommended some contact lenses! I would definitely recommend everyone visit this store! Keep up the great work!!!

I had my eye test on the 5th November and was told my new glasses would be ready within a maximum of 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks had passed I heard nothing. I tried calling several times, but no answer. I eventually left a message but no one called back. I called this morning 28th November and spoke to Nisha. I was informed that the glasses had to go back to the lab. I would have expected someone to call to let me know there was an issue. I have spent a lot of money at Specsavers West Drayton over the last couple of years for glasses for myself, my wife and daughter. However in future I think I’ll take my business elsewhere. My experience with the optician was very good and he was very knowledgeable, I can’t fault him or the young lady who processed my purchase. Hence the 1 star.

A decent place to get some cheaper glasses if you stick to their offers. Lots of added extras are possible that can soon bump up the prices. The place is clean and tidy inside. Some of the staff are quite friendly and helpful.
