If you're ill or have other health conditions, don't bother. The receptionists decide if you are worthy of a test, because the doctors are far too busy giving Flu Jabs.

I appreciate the pressures that all GP’s are under at the moment But Dr Hanna Stera manners very much to be desired, rude un-caring. No sympathy, not willing to listen. Could not help me in the slightest. Please do your self a favour and avoid this surgery. Dr Hanna learn to listen before providing your diagnosis. At least care about the patients that come to you. I will when I can find another practice.

Been registered here my whole life. I Changed GP when i moved away for Uni. When I moved back I had a bad experience trying to re-register, staff are very rude. Go to any other GP in the country where they are helpful, quick, and give good advice.
