I have emailed, called and emailed again to try and book a flu jab (at Longacres Bagshot) without success. If they can't make a simply booking or respond/call back when promised, I would be hesitant having them inject me. I will find other health clinic
A regular customer at Pickup pharmacy. Very professional and friendly staff. I visited this pharmacy yesterday and was looking for a product. The very beautiful young lady pharmacist Yelda was extremely helpful as always. I didn’t have to wait for long as you would in other pharmacies, very efficient staff and good service! Would 100% recommend this pharmacy

Marta gives excellent customer service, very helpful staff I have never had any problems, , My Dad’s medication is always available and ready on time. I would highly recommend Pickup Pharmacy on Coldharbour Lane , Hayes. 100% Positive feedback for Marta😊

I have been using pick up chemist for some time now.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I do not know everybody's name but they all are good. If I have to mention a name that will be MARTA AS SHE SERVED ME SO MANY TIMES.. VERY GOOD AND KNOWLEDGABLE PERSON. Having said they all are good.
