It’s one of those branches of Lloyds where you can deposit or withdraw money, or the staff is able to help you to make minor arrangements or transfers, but technically nothing that cannot be done online these days. Larger transactions are not really possible because there is no staff or option for that. Two atms and two deposit machines, and one atm outside. Sadly, it is difficult to make deposits sometimes because the machines are broken. Otherwise, the staff is sweet.
There is no cashier/till but I am guessing this is where the world is going.
Best Bank I ever had so far! Whenever I have an issue they fix it straightaway. Impressive.
This branch now has reduced services. As such, it is pretty much only useful if you intend to deposit or withdraw money. It is also not possible to change old currency here.
Speedy and helpful telephone response. Shame no of staff has become so limited!
