I purchased a pair of led indicators on Sunday, received them Tuesday, unfortunately one was damaged. I emailed and had a reply in one hour.
Replacements were sent and I received them the next day. Great service and I will certainly use Alchemy Parts again.

Packaging was excellent, delivery was next day. Ray helped me out massively by responing to questions outside of work hours, I definitely wasn't expecting a reply until the next day but Ray replied approx 8.30pm to answer my question and this meant I could continue working on the bike.
